Sandia Laboratories Albuquerque, New Mexico - exclusive contract for the Department of Energy (CIA) to build unmanned, miniature-sized remote controlled automatic security vehicles used to patrol the perimeters of the
S-4 site at Area 51.
Department of Energy which is a pseudoname for the CIA - runs both the Dulce Labs and Area 51.
RAND Corporation - builds the tunnel booring machines for the underground highways and tube shuttle system.
Lockheed, McDonnell-Douglass, Northrup-involved with the replication of alien hardware (building UFOs).
Also think tanks such as RAND, Ford Foundation, Aspen Institute, Brookings Institute (Think Tanks are always associated with the CIA).
